It’s time, once again, for the Lakewood Band’s Spring Flower Sale. These beautiful flats and hanging baskets, from Timbuk Farms in Granville, have a great following and always earn students a HUGE amount of money to help pay for band camp! 100% of the profits go directly into the seller’s band camp account, and many students are able to earn enough to completely cover the cost of camp just by participating in this two week sale. No other fundraiser can offer customers a greater selection and students a larger profit!

Flowers from Timbuk Farms are of the highest quality, and have a loyal following in our community. Parents, teachers, and even local businesses looking to landscape buy flowers every year. I get phone calls every spring from teachers and community members asking how they can buy flowers and who they can order from. Your orders (and profits!) are out there waiting to be grabbed! And as always, our delivery is just before Mother’s Day- a great opportunity to give the gift of flowers to the special mom or grandmother in your life.

Last year, we sold over $12,000 of flowers, earning profits exceeding $4,000! Our top seller earned over $300- directly into their band camp account! Again, many students completely pay for band camp just by participating in this voluntary fundraiser. Don’t miss your chance to get in on this hugely profitable sale!

Bedding plants (per flat): $5.50

Hanging Baskets: $6.00

Geraniums (per flat): $6.00

Wave Petunia (per flat): $6.00

Combo and Patio Pot: $6.00

Instructions for Sellers

Selling/Collecting Money:

Each buyer will complete a separate order sheet.

Collect money at the time of the order! Checks are payable to Lakewood Band Boosters, Inc.

Compile all orders and money, and fill out the Final Tally Sheet

Turn in ALL Order Sheets, Final Tally Sheet, and $$$ no later than Wednesday, April 29^th.

Pick Up/Delivery Procedure:

YOU, the seller, pick up the entire order on May 6^th from 4:30-6:30pm outside the high school band room. ***NO FLOWERS WILL BE GIVEN TO INDIVIDUAL BUYERS!***

Check in at the table and your order will be filled and double checked by Directors and staff.

When you pick up the order, we give back your individual order sheets so you may deliver the order to your buyer. All flowers should be delivered that day, May 6^th, to ensure the health and beauty of the plant.

Profits:

All profits will be calculated and credited to your Lancer Band student account to pay for band camp, maintenance fees, etc.

Timbuk cannot offer with 100% certainty that you will receive all of the exact colors of flowers you order. In the past, they have been able to fill every order at least 97% complete. Substitution of colors may occur due to stock limitations. However, satisfaction is guaranteed.
